I am a certified yoga alliance instructor who first started my practice in 2010. I found the spiritual and mental practice of yoga brought me a sense of perspective and calm in a fast-paced world where these aspects are often overlooked. My classes challenge students to focus on strength building, balance and stress relief. I try to foster a mentality of mindfulness and letting go by teaching the practice of unifying movement with breath. Finding self-awareness and contentment through Yoga, I’m an evangelist for the practice and love sharing yoga with everyone.
