During her enrollment in a Human Growth and Development course, she was in the process of completing her Bachelors of arts in Psychology. She grew an interest in the practices of Yoga, Meditation and how it could impact lifestyle, the connection of the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
She began her Yoga journey in 2014. In 2016 began her 200 hour-RYT. In addition to her extensive year and a half yoga education training, she also acquired three Diplomas with the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo, as certifying her knowledge and training as an instructor in Gathastha, Hatha, and Raja Yoga.
For the past three years, she has been teaching a variety of Yoga across numerous studios across El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. She enjoys leading students through Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Aimee has also dedicated time to learning how to guide various breathing, mindfulness, and meditation techniques, which she incorporates into all of her Yoga classes as a means of connecting to the present moment.
Aimee finds Yoga as an amazing tool to grow self-love, self-awareness and consciousness. She is passionate about sharing her experiences in Yoga toward her journey to 500 hours – RYT.
